Sportsman's Warehouse

I don’t usually leave comments like this, but since I see previous reviews mentioning the same issues, I feel the need to point it out again. The store and inventory are great, but the staff in the firearms section is terrible. In particular, a red-haired woman was extremely dismissive when I told her what I was looking for. She looked at me with an attitude and simply walked away. I wanted to buy my first firearm from you

So I enter sportsmans warehouse on word that that they have good expertise on my particular item, in the middle of talking with Nick in the fire arms department he walks off after saying he doesn't know of or have any parts available and walks off l!!! ignoring me he starts helping someone else!! so I find something down an isle that might work, guess that upset him cause he really didnt want me to find something after he said nothing he has will work, cause im looking at it on the counter seeing if it would work and he walks up and rips it out of my hand!! As if im not worthy of they're products!! then he attempts to take some of the parts that i brought that were mine!! Again he walk off !! I will recommend against this place any day and theyre manager/owner should be ashamed of hiring such a rude employee, this is not how you treat a customer. You will loose a lot of buisness from me and my word of mouth to many people. I've read ither reviews here And no im not calling your service center this is your fault and its on you to go out of your way to make this right to the customers who were wronged.

I walked in was greeted at the front check out I was looking at possible trading in a revolver. That experience was great. Me and my grandfather wast to the gun cou.ter were then greated again. When asked what would be thes trade in value of this firearm. A nice agent helped us gave us a print out of sale/trade/ their possible sale price. Then didn't ask any further questions what are you looking to do ect. Alt 3 people when back to cuddling around a man who was in the process of purchasing a firearm. We broused up and down even tried to raise my hand up to look at an option that was a possible trade up nothing from and or the agent working. I gave up told my grandfather lets go I'll pay more somewhere else. What I was looking for was a Precision rifle for me and an upgraded side arm for my grandfather that he can operate at his age. But nothing was asked we "we're" looking under 4k total with trade in. Other stores in the area were very attentive showed us the ez option for a softer spring for him then the revolver ect. Their agents always Right there with us. Something to work on, I will say way im rating higher the interactions we had were kind. Buts just because we are trading

Nice selection of camping gear but it's pretty pricey and there are dead animals hanging all over the walls. "trophies" as the murders or rednecks would call it. If you have time Amazon is pretty competitive price wise. We ended up going with a lower end camp stove from walmart for less then half of the price.
